Quantity Surveyor - Mechanical

DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS:

1. Preparation of Project Cost Proposal

• Prepares project cost proposal for Mechanical, Plumbing and Sanitary and Fire Protection works
• Conducts project ocular inspection and attends pre-construction meetings to identify project scope.

2. Preparation of Approved Project Budget

• Prepares PCCD Controlled estimates as basis for the reconciliation of approved project budget (APD) For Mechanical, Plumbing and Sanitary and Fire Protection works
• Facilitates reconciliation of APB Mechanical, Plumbing and Sanitary and Fire Protection works

3. Development of Cost Database

• Regularly updates material and labor costs

4. Others

• Preparation of other estimated related services
• Provide assistance in other works as the need arises

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a Graduate of Mechanical Engineering (Preferably Licensed)
• At-least 2years or more related work experience
• Above average analytical skills and attention to detail
• Holds self and others accountable
• Team player and collaborative
• Must be willing to be assigned in the Head Office (Northgate, Alabang, Muntinlupa City)
• Able to start as soon as possible.
