Filinvest Hotel: Crimson Resort & Spa Boracay
In accordance with the policies, procedures and standards of Chroma Hospitality and Crimson Resort & Spa, Boracay, and under the direct supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor, the Housekeeping Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that rooms are available upon guest arrival.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course of Hotel and Restaurant Course is an advantage.
- Any experience as a rooms coordinator in a 3 or 5 star hotel.
- 1 to 2 years experience in any field, experience in a hotel industry is an advantage.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management software and basic office applications (e.g., MS Office, scheduling tools).
- Keen eye for detail to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met, and to accurately track and report any maintenance issues.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, including scheduling, inventory management, and coordination of housekeeping staff activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with staff, guests, and management, fostering a positive team environment.
- Strong analytical skills to identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions, enhancing workflow and guest satisfaction.
- Willingness to work in Boracay Island.
