Reservation Agent

FILINVEST COMPANY: Crimson Resort & Spa Boracay

• Answer phones and assist customers in making, altering, or canceling reservations
• Respond to emails with reservation information, confirmations, and additional details
• Answer questions regarding rooms, facilities, rates
• Accurately record customer information and charge credit cards upon successful reservations
• Sending paypal link, paymaya, and or bank transfers guest
• Assist the guest in booking transportation
• Handle bookings
• Performs such other functions as may be delegated by management from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS

• Any vocational or Bachelor's degree holder
• Related work experience
• Good communications skills
• Knowledge with OTA extranext
• Amenable to work in Boracay
• Can start immediately
