Job Summary: As the Sr. Business Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day

operations of the company, and its affiliates and subsidiaries, working closely with the President and

the executive team to ensure that strategic goals are met. You will provide leadership and strategic

direction to the organization, as well as coordinate and manage projects and initiatives across

departments.

A. Strategic Planning & Communication

1. Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives

2. Serve as a liaison between the Office of the President, the executive team and other

departments within the organization, ensuring that communication is clear and consistent

B. Project Management

1. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, including budget and

resource allocation

2. Identify and prioritize issues that require the attention of the executive team, and develop and

implement solutions to address these issues

3. Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement policies and procedures that

support the organization's strategic goals

4. Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects and initiatives to ensure that they are

completed on time and within budget

C. People Development

1. Ensure that the organization's culture and values are reflected in all aspects of the

organization's operations

2. Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement plans for talent management

and leadership development

D. Office of the President Team Management

1. Keep the Presidents meetings focused and plan and coordinate them effectively

2. Ensure that the Presidents schedule is and planned and coordinated effectively

3. Ensure that the Teams budget is managed effectively

4. Draft speeches, memos, and assist the President in making presentations, and other

submissions required from the Office of the President

5. Perform other tasks that the President may assign from time to time

SPECIFICATIONS

I. EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field

II. EXPERIENCE:

7+ years of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, high growth environment

TECHNICAL AND COMPENTENCY SKILLS:

Seven or more years of experience in a business management or executive role

Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments

Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity

Experience in data analysis and budget management

Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management

Proven success in a project coordination role

Agile business mind, focused on developing creative solutions

Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communication
