Under the guidance and direction of the Front office Manager/Duty Manager/Executive Assistant Manager, the Recreations and Activities coordinator is tasked in organizing , coordinating, and safe implementation of recreational activities for all hotel guests. Furthermore, s/he will be tasked to initiate and support revenue generating
activities for the section. He will also be tasked to oversee and support the daily operations of the Equinox gym.
- Collaborates with Front Office Manager, Duty Manager in creating, organizing, and overseeing the safe implementation of planned Recreations & Leisure activities to ensure that facilities, equipment and services provided to guests are in accordance with standards
- Supports the day-to-day operation of the Equinox gym in collaboration with fellow associates
- Must lead team building activities booked by our guests.
- Suggests and initiates innovative activities that may generate incremental revenue
- Inspects and evaluates Equinox facilities and equipment on a regular basis.
- Directly responsible for coordinating repair requirements and maintenance problems with Engineering
department and follows up on accomplishment. - Oversees actual implementation of all safety measures including diligently providing precautions to guests,
in facilitating Sports & Leisure activities and service - Ensures that all staffs brief guests on related safety issues prior to any activity
- Performs any other duties and tasks that maybe assigned by immediate superiors from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelors Degree and/or diploma in hotel or other related field.
- With 1-2 years work related experience
- Good communication skills
- With knowledge and experience in MS office programs and PMS
- Amenable to work in Clark Pampanga
