Dreambuilders Pro Inc. (DPI) is one of the newest members of FILINVEST LAND INC. (FLI)

With the growing requirements of FLI in the development of properties and with the direction to create and deliver more cost competitive products, the idea was brought to reality in January 2017 when the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the Republic of the Philippines granted Certificate of Incorporation to DREAMBUILDERS PRO, INC. (DPI) as a full-cycle construction implementor arm of FLI.

Job Description

The Project Nurse is responsible in managing the site clinic, performs the basic first-aid and promoting the health and wellness of the workers and employees in the workplace.

DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS:

• Assess employees health.
• Taking initial health history and vital signs on each workers and employees.
• Provide employees basic healthcare needs such as first aid and basic medicines administration (when needed).
• Provide first aid treatment to sick or injured workers or employees.
• Monitor and evaluate clinic activities and requirements as prescribed by DOLE.
• Assist in emergency response team for the project site.
• Attend to daily consultations of workers and employees.
• Check medicines, medical equipment and supplies, restocking if necessary.
• Refer sick or injured employees to health care facility if necessary.
• Provide physical and emotional support to workers and employees.
• Performs other tasks as assigned from time to time.
• Reviews and summarizes health related reports
• Promote and encourage healthy lifestyle to workers and employees
• Ensures compliance with health and safety regulatory requirements including report preparation and submittal to DOLE
• Conduct health inspection of project site.
• Develop and implement health and wellness program within the workplace
• Documentation of all employee injuries and illnesses within the workplace
• Documentation of medical records.

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Candidate must possess a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Nursing or equivalent.
• Preferably 2 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalentWilling to assign anywhere in Metro Manila or nearby provices.
• A good Team Player
• Can communicate well in all levels of the organization.
• Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PPT)
• Results Driven, Keen to details and Sound clinical judgement
• Willong to be assigned in Manna East Project, Brgy. May-iba, Teresa, Rizal.
