The Corporate Accounting Manager assist in the management of the corporate accounting function of the Company. He/she also provides

assistance in safeguarding Companys assets as well as those of the Condominium Corporation/HOAs handled projects. Duties and

responsibilities includes preparation and monitoring financial budget of each department, reviews operational performance of the Company.

MANAGEMENT

  • Oversee and supervise the day-to-day functions of the Corporate Accounting section of the Company
  • Supervise Accounting staff in the preparation of payable vouchers and monthly issuance of statement of accounts
  • Ensure on time payment of company payables to avoid penalties
  • Monitor cash flow and investments of the Company
  • Monitor and follow-up receivables that have been outstanding for long periods of time
  • Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance to workflow of the department
  • Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures
  • Prepare audit plan and supervise roving auditors for audit activities to be conducted to each Condominium Corporation/HOA
  • Support Controller with special projects and workflow improvements

1. Budgeting

  • Manage the preparation of the annual budget of the Company in coordination with the Controller and different department within the organization
  • Monitor and analyze budget expenditure of each department
  • Assist the Controller in the preparation of forecast, financial projections as request by the management
  • Assist management in development of financial strategies

2. Reporting

  • Prepare and issue timely and complete financial statements to respective users of the Company
  • Prepare corporate management committee reports monthly
  • Ensure that all general ledger accounts are reconciled to subsidiary records on a monthly basis.

3. Compliance

  • Comply with the Securities and Exchange Commission reporting requirements annually
  • Ensure that all related government payables for social, health and housing contributions are paid on time
  • Ensure that all the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) related tax payables are paid on time to avoid penalties
  • Coordinate and provide assistance with the external and internal auditors during the financial and internal controls review of the Company
