JOB SUMMARY:
The Labor Relations Specialist monitors and ensures that the company and employees are compliant with Labor Laws and Company Policy. He/She assists the organization to develop an effective culture that rewards high performance.
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Labor Relations
- Coordinates with Legal for SEnA or DOLE Complaints and attend hearings
- Ensures DOLE compliance of the Company
- Assists DOLE Personnel during office inspections
- Provides assistance to Immediate head and Legal Officer in handling employee cases and offenses
- Updates/Processes DOLE Status reports
- Monitors updated Labor Laws / Issuances
Employee Performance Management
- Facilitate the performance review cycle regularization and annual performance review
- Provide guidance and support to people leaders and employees on performance expectations, goals and appraisal procedures
- Drive utilization of performance management tools ( Darwinbox)
Employee Engagement
- Assist in Employee Engagement Activities and Tasks of the company
Other Tasks as may be required by HR Head or Employee Relations Manager
EDUCATION, TRAININGS, LICENSES REQUIRED:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Political Science, Social Science, Industrial Relations or related field
- With at least 1-2 year relevant work experience in Employee/Labor Relations
