Job Summary:
The Sales Acceptance & Quality Control Staff is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of sales transactions in compliance with established company policies and procedures. This role handles sales acceptance, booking distribution, and data validation related to sales returns and booking errors. The position also plays a key role in addressing and resolving inquiries and complaints from both internal and external customers, supporting overall efficiency and quality in sales operations.
Key Functions /Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate accounts endorsed by sales management team complied the minimum requirements
2. Ensures that all accounts received ana or rejected are properly accounted
3.Make that service request assigned to him/her are resolved/completed within set turnaround time
4.Must provide effective and efficient sales support
Technical Competencies and skills:
- With high probing skills
- With high sense of responsibility and urgency in dealing with external and internal clients
- Person with integrity
- Able to speak, read and write in English and Filipino
- Professional in the manner of writing correspondences
- Can analyze and resolve simple to medium numeric and logical problems or cases.
