To oversee all aspects of restaurant / bar operations, ensuring that the restaurant is profitable, efficient, and provides an excellent dining experience for customers.

  1. Customer Service: They should provide excellent customer service, interacting with customers to take orders, answer questions, and handle complaints.
  2. Equipment Maintenance: They should maintain the equipment and tools used to prepare beverages, ensuring that they are clean and in good working condition.
  3. Inventory Management: They should keep track of inventory and supplies, restocking ingredients and supplies as needed.
  4. Cash Handling: They should handle cash and process transactions accurately and efficiently, including making change and handling credit card payments.
  5. Menu Development: They may assist in developing new beverage offerings and menu items, and suggest changes to existing items.
  6. Hygiene and Safety: They should ensure that the work area and equipment are kept clean and hygienic, and follow health and safety guidelines.
  7. Perform other duties as directed by the Management from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • DEGREE IN HOTEL/RESORT AND RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT OR RELATED

  • 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS ASST. BAR MANAGER IN A LARGE HOTEL CHAIN OR EQUIVALENT

  • MUST BE TRAINED / CERTIFIED IN MIXOLOGY
