About the job HR Encoder

The chosen HR encoder will be responsible for inputting and updating various types of information into our databases and systems. Attention to detail, data accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently are essential for this role.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Entry and Accuracy

  • Validate and cross-check data to maintain the highest level of accuracy.
  • Input data to upload template (MS Excel) for both Functional Competency and Succession Planning.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in data entry software such as Microsoft Excel, and/or specialized HR database systems (HRIS).
  • Ability to validate and clean data, identifying and correcting errors and inconsistencies.

Qualifications:

  • Any bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in HR data entry or a related role is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in data entry software and tools.
  • Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and respect for data confidentiality.
  • Work arrangement: On-site (Monday to Friday) in our Alabang office.
