JOB SUMMARY:

The Business Development Assistant (BDA) will provide support to the business development team by handling newly turned over projects and performing variety of tasks.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Tracking and Management (Newly Handover 2024 Buildings)

- handles corporate documents related to handover buildings to support leasing requirements.

- Collation and check accuracy of document details submitted by Condo Corp, 3rd Property Management for endorsement/approval

- Prepare special Request for Payments charged under Project Cost

- Assist in coordination with various external/internal customers for resolution of request and/or issues.

PERMITS AND EXTERNAL RELATIONS

-Continue the preparation of documents, processing and submission needed for the application of PEZA projects (One Filinvest, Studio 7)

-Check other projects for the qualification of application with BOI

- Coordinate with Permits Team for any updating of tax dec both Metro Manila and Provincial Projects

- Maintain and ensure timely renewal of PHILGEPS accreditation of FLI, FCI. FILRT and FCMI

- Handles collation of Insurance Appraisals both MM and Provincial Projects

Service Agreements and Other Admin Works

- Tabulate all existing service agreements with affiliate/third party (if applicable) service providers i.e. SPI, Pro-Excel, PWSI, PPI and CTI and monitor renewal dates of contracts

- Ensure BD Service Agreements are in place on special projects, billed and paid timely by sponsor companies.

- Prepare and submit Admin related documents as required.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

- Minimum of 1 year work experience related in business development, project management, and/or real estate

- Proficiency in Word, Powerpoint, and Excel with capability to handle large spreadsheets with multiple tabs

- Initiative to coordinate with several point persons; effective communication skills; creativity and innovation

- Facilitating business processes and routes and building strategic thinking capabilities

QUALIFICATION:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, or any related field in Business.
