Warehouse Lead - VisMin Project

POSITION SUMMARY

In charge for the monitoring and consolidation of Logistics Warehouse reports of clustered project site. Ensures that all vital information for Logistics warehousing were properly disseminated to all Warehousemen in Project site.

DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS

• Consolidate reports from warehousemen
• Conduct monthly audit of project warehouses
• Address necessary concerns of the department and subordinates
• Coordinate concerns of Project site requirement for immediate action
• Responsible for disseminating information from the department
• Ensures accurate and organize record keeping of warehousemen
• Transmit information to subordinates from higher echelon
• Act as frontline of the department for transmittal of documents

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficient in consolidation and creating report
• Proficient in operating computer
• Good Trainer/Training skills

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably a graduate of Civil Engineering / Industrial Engineering
  
• Must have at-least an experience in Construction Warehousing, preferably 2-3yrs.
• Willing to be assigned in Muntinlupa City
