Barista

FILINVEST COMPANY: Grafik Pinehouse Baguio City

Under the direct supervision of the Restaurant Manager/Supervisor, the Barista is responsible for preparing coffee beverages, delivering excellent services, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Prepare and serve premium coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision, following
  established recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and appearance for every product served.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas.
• Handle cash, process payments accurately, and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and replenishment.
• Performs such other functions as may be delegated by management from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Vocational or College Level
• At least 1 year of related work experience in Restaurant, Cafe or Hotel 
• With Barista / Coffee Training Certification
• Amenable to work onsite in Baguio City
