Helpdesk Ticket Monitoring
- Responsible in handling tickets of all sites
- Making data reports of tickets of all sites daily, weekly
- Ensuring all tickets are properly uploaded
- Monitor and follow up pending tickets of all sites
- Submitting of Reports data needed to all sites
- Responsible in closing tickets based on the uploaded data/photo
- Oversee and track all external tickets in accordance with the provided timeline
Site Inspection
- Doing site visit and inspections to all sites
- Checking of daily activities of tickets movements in Helpdesk
- Preparing site reports in power point presentation
Report Generation
- Prepare and gather all tickets across all sites
- Daily reporting of Tickets encoded of each Malls
Other Qualifications: Computer literate with strong MS Office background, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
With sense of urgency, keen to details and can-do multi-tasking with minimal supervision.
Responsible, keen to details and can handle pressure.
Preferably at least one (1) year of experience in Facilities and Property Management, or a background in management.
Willing to be assigned in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
