The Restaurant Manager assists the restaurant manager in managing and controlling the day-to-day operations of the outlets. He / She also maximizes revenue to achieve the budget, in particular the outlets and maintaining the highest service standard to guests and patrons. He or she must be part of the revenue expenses and forecast of the outlet. He or she will be fully responsible in the restaurant manager's absence.
