Barista

FILINVEST COMPANY: Crimson Hotel Filinvest City Manil

Under the direct supervision of the F&B Supervisor/Head Barista, the Barista is responsible for mis -en-place, service and maximization of guest satisfaction in the outlets. Ensures smooth operations of the sections appointed in the Food & Beverage Division and customer satisfaction.

• To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge and maintain a high standard
  of personal appearance and hygiene at all time
• To prepare and serve drinks according to established standard recipes
• To follow established bar opening and closing duties and responsibilities
• To do side duties as assigned on a daily basis by the F&B supervisor.
• To handle all guest inquiries in a courteous manner
• To ensure proper maintenance and inventory of equipment, wares and supplies
• To provide a courteous and professional service at all times
• To maintain a good working relationship with colleagues and all other departments
• To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotels policy
• To have a complete understanding of the hotels employee handbook and adhere to the regulations
  contained within
• To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities
• Perform other duties as directed by the Management from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Hospitality
  / Tourism / Hotel Restaurant & Institution Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years experience as Barista in a large hotel chain, cafés or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Can start immediately
• Amenable to work in Alabang
