FILINVEST COMPANY: Quest Hotel Tagaytay City 

Under the direct supervision of the Front Office Supervisor, the Front Office Agent is responsible for guest registration, guest check - out, cashiering and foreign exchange. The position is also responsible for facilitating or providing assistance in case of guest queries / requests. 

  • Responding to customer requests
  • Check supplies to ensure that stock is sufficient for the expected business within the covered shift and / or for the day
  • Prior to arrivals, prepares all needed documents to facilitate check in
  • Acknowledges and welcome guests as soon as guest approaches the desk
  • Check for account instructions
  • Coordinates with the employee assigned as group coordinator on matters relating to group arrivals and handling
  • Checks Amadeus system prior to issuance of vingcards to guest, to ensure that card is issued to the right guests
  • Files all reports properly and check-out registration cards
  • Promotes hotel facilities whenever possible
  • Familiarizes with city and local information
  • Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner 
  • Performs any other duties and tasks that may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College Graduate
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as guest service staff in a service industry
  • Good verbal and written communications
  • Amenable to work in Tagaytay
  • Can star immediately
