Lead Sanitary Engineer - Alabang

Supervise and lead the preparation of Land Development AutoCAD 3D MODELLING for earthworks grading presentation. To include the preparation of detailed earthworks grading plans, cut and fill volume estimates and documents for permit application, bidding and construction. Provide solutions for ground slope stability and its visual modelling presentation. Knowledgeable in raw land survey data collection, interpretation of ground formation and local government site earthworks requirements as part of the guidelines in land development plan preparation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect, check and evaluate drawings and data with site inspection for rawland topographic survey evaluation in coordination with managers and project group to provide land development grading plans in

3D MODELLING for subdivision, mixed used and or MRB development.

• Supervise the preparation of conceptual and detailed earthworks grading plans,presentation drawings and Cut to Fill MODELLING material for the following.
• Land Development Earthworks
• Site Development Plan grading for Amenities, Housing, Marketing Office and Building/MRB
• Provide solutions to steep slope and unstable ground during construction to suit site conditions and fro the completion up to acceptance of work

Qualifications

• Preferably Licensed Sanitary Engineer
• More than 5 years experience in land development design and implementation works
• Various training and seminar related to engineering design, hardware, construction material and equipment
• Willing to be assigned in Alabang
