Scope and Responsibilities:
- Monitors and ensures smooth operations of the section appointed (restaurants / banquets / beverage - as applicable.
- Adheres to established Crimson Food Safety Management System policies and procedures.
- Maintains consistency in quality of food and beverage / service / cleanliness of sections appointed.
- Obtains customer feedback during operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensures cooperation and smooth communication between staff in section(s) appointed and other departments.
- Ensures that manning level is sufficient for business volume.
- Ensures that all materials , equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned, in order to prolong usage.
- Enforces staff motivation and team building.
- Schedules staff based on forecasted business.
Competencies and Skills Required:
- Problem-solving and conflict management skills
- Supervisory Skill Training
- Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledgeable in POS
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Hospitality Management and other related course
- Minimum 2 years experience as Restaurant Supervisor or 5+ years experience as a waiter/waitress in the hospitality industry
- Certificates in F&B Service Hygiene Training / HACCP is an advantage
