Scope and Responsibilities:



  • Monitors and ensures smooth operations of the section appointed (restaurants / banquets / beverage - as applicable. 
  • Adheres to established Crimson Food Safety Management System policies and procedures. 
  • Maintains consistency in quality of food and beverage / service / cleanliness of sections appointed. 
  • Obtains customer feedback during operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Ensures cooperation and smooth communication between staff in section(s) appointed and other departments. 
  • Ensures that manning level is sufficient for business volume. 
  • Ensures that all materials , equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned, in order to prolong usage. 
  • Enforces staff motivation and team building. 
  • Schedules staff based on forecasted business.


Competencies and Skills Required:

  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Knowledgeable in POS

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Hospitality Management and other related course
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Restaurant Supervisor or 5+ years experience as a waiter/waitress in the hospitality industry
  • Certificates in F&B Service Hygiene Training / HACCP is an advantage
