JOB SUMMARY
The Business Systems Intelligence Associate oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of business intelligence solutions in our real estate operations. The Business Systems Intelligence Lead will be responsible analyzing data, improving system processes, and providing actionable insights to support business growth and efficiency. This requires a strong understanding of real estate operations, data analytics, and business systems, along with expertise in BI tools and technologies.
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Intelligence & Data Analytics:
- Develop and implement BI strategies to support data-driven decision-making across real estate operations.
- Analyze market trends, property performance, and financial data to provide actionable insights.
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools for various stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within BI systems.
Systems & Process Optimization:
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of real estate business systems, including CRM, ERP, and property management software.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing business processes and recommend system improvements.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of BI tools with other enterprise systems.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with executives, asset managers, finance teams, and real estate agents to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Train and mentor team members on BI tools, data analytics best practices, and system functionalities.
- Present reports and insights to senior leadership, supporting strategic planning and investment decisions.
Technology & Innovation:
- Stay up to date with emerging BI trends, AI-driven analytics, and PropTech innovations to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead the implementation of automation tools to streamline reporting and decision-making.
- Support data migration and transformation initiatives during system upgrades or acquisitions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a business systems or data analysis role (experienced in Supervisory role is a plus)
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools, data visualization, or ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
