About the job HRIS Associate


HRIS Assistant works with business units to identify areas where system support is needed. The Assistant can do Level 1 support where he/she is able to identify the level of support needed and route the concern. The Assistant can do basic Level 1 support for employees. Part of the job is to keep track of the tickets in Helpdesk and assist in closing them. Identify System Process that needs to be updated and escalate them to the Lead. Keep track of audit results. May assist in cascades to stakeholders.


Maintain Helpdesk Management

· Level One Support Assist

· Manage Helpdesk

· Track and assist all tickets are closed according to SLA

· Update concern tagging as necessary

· Identify Areas to improve on in Helpdesk

· Identify HR concerns that can be resolved permanently

Audit of processes

· Ensures compliance and consistency with the current and established processes by conducting HR Process Audits

HR System Management and Improvement

· Conducts and analyses survey result to identify reasons of customers dissatisfaction and areas for improvement

· Performs quality audit of System

· Continuous Improvement of HR Systems to pivot the company to Digital

· Implement new systems
