Job Summary
OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE SALES ACCEPTANCEDuties and Responsibilities
1. Executes quality validation and review of complete Buyer-supplied documentary requirements prior to sales acceptance and booking. | |

2. Conforms and complies on booking error minimization and sales returns reduction procedures without sacrificing the quality of a sale. | |

3. Executes sales reservation booking in the system and complies with the existing booking policies and procedures. | |
| |
4. Negotiates, assists and provides realistic response to Buyers, Sellers, Agents, Brokers and internal customers on reservation-related inquiries and requests received thru walk-in, voice and electronic means. | |
| |
5. Ensures accurate and real-time checking on unit availability status, pricing scheme, financing scheme and seller’s affiliation in the system. | |
| |
6. Participates in complaints resolution and service ticket number compliance within the acceptable turn-around-time. |

Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related course, such as Marketing Management
