Bartender

FILINVEST COMPANY: Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan 

The Bartender is responsible for mis - en - place, service, and maximization of guest satisfaction in the outlets. Ensures smooth operations of the sections appointed in the Food & Beverage division and customer satisfaction.

• To have complete knowledge on the food /beverage / service available in sections appointed.
• Inspects work area, utensils and tools to ensure that these are clean prior to and after each shift.
• Checks inventory in sections appointed for daily requisition.
• Takes guests' orders, making suggestions when required.
• Checks quality / presentation / temperature of food / beverage/ service prior to serving.
• Contributes to restaurant revenues by consistently practicing suggestive selling/ upselling techniques, per guidelines set by the restaurant's service managers /leaders.
• Prepares glassware, cutlery, linen, etc., ensuring sufficient supply for the day's operation.
• Conducts an inventory of store items and requests for lacking items, where applicable, prior to start of operations.
• Inspects and cleans up bar and equipment in accordance with hygiene and safety standards and procedures.
• Prepares all required reports related to audit and administrative requirements (e.g., breakage / loss forms as needed, bottle sale reports if applicable, inter - bar transfer forms, requisition forms, etc.). time, mixture and appearance.
• Performs other duties as required to provide "Unique Guest Experience"

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any 4 year course
• With related work experience for atleast 1-2 years
• Good communication skills
• With valid related training certificates
• Can start immediately
• Amenable to work onsite in Mactan, Cebu
