Collection Associate

Job Summary

Ensures timely collection of receivables through proactive follow-ups, accurate AR monitoring, and effective coordination with customers and internal teams to support strong cash flow.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor AR aging and overdue balances
• Perform systematic collection follow-ups
• Resolve billing and payment issues with stakeholders
• Maintain accurate collection and AR records
• Prepare collection status and aging reports

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BSA (CPA most preferred), any business-related course
• Atleast 1-3 years with experience in collection
