The Guest Relations Officer (Korean Speaking) is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting and engaging with guests, particularly Korean-speaking clients, to ensure a seamless and memorable experience. This role serves as a key point of contact for guest inquiries, reservations, and requests while coordinating with various departments to deliver personalized service and maintain high guest satisfaction standards at Quest Plus Conference Center Clark.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, creating a warm and professional first impression.

Provide personalized assistance and effective communication support for Korean-speaking guests throughout their stay.

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly while ensuring proper resolution and follow-through.

Manage golf course-related bookings and reservations, including tee time scheduling and coordination.

Provide accurate information regarding hotel facilities, golf course amenities, dining options, events, and available promotions.

Coordinate with internal departments such as Front Office, F&B, Pro Shop, and Operations teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Assist in organizing and facilitating golf events, tournaments, and special activities.

Build positive relationships with guests by anticipating their needs and delivering attentive service.

Maintain accurate records of guest requests, feedback, and service recovery actions.
- Ensure all guest interactions are aligned with the hotel's service standards and brand values.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or any related field.
- Proficient in Korean language (written and verbal communication) with the ability to assist Korean-speaking guests effectively.

Previous experience in guest relations, front office, concierge, or customer service roles is preferred.

Experience in hotel, resort, golf, or luxury hospitality operations is an advantage.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple guest requests efficiently.

Proficient in basic computer applications and reservation systems.
