About the job UI/UX Lead
Job Summary
The role will focus on establishing, documenting, and governing user experience and interface standards for the company's business systems including sales and marketing portals, ERP platforms, and other enterprise tools.
The UI/UX Lead will ensure that design principles, usability standards, and accessibility requirements are consistently applied across all digital assets by developing clear policies, guidelines, and frameworks that guide design teams, developers, and business users.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain UI/UX policies, standards, and design governance frameworks that promote consistency and best practices across platforms.
Document UX design processes, interface standards, and design system usage to ensure scalability and compliance with brand and usability requirements.

Collaborate with product managers, IT, developers, and business unit stakeholders to align user experience policies with system functionality and corporate objectives.

Lead UX policy reviews and audits to ensure adherence to established guidelines.

Translate complex user experience principles into clear, actionable policy documentation for designers, developers, and non-technical stakeholders.

Conduct research and benchmarking to integrate industry standards, accessibility compliance, and emerging design trends into company policies.

Facilitate training or briefing sessions to communicate policy updates and support adoption across teams.

Oversee continuous improvement of UX policies based on user feedback, performance metrics, and usability testing outcomes.
Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

At least 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX, digital design governance, or product design policy development.

Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and design system management.

Proven ability to write, structure, and implement policy or process documentation.

Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical standards into practical guidance.

Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile or enterprise environments.
Preferred Skills

Experience in the real estate, enterprise systems, or digital transformation space.

Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and front-end concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Strong understanding of information architecture, usability testing, and user research methods.
