Job Summary

The?Sales?Training Assistant?will be in-charge in securing the proper coordination and logistical needs of high-end teams- both internal and external clients.??

Duties and Responsibilities

Coordination and Facilitation of all FAI Training Programs (both In-House and Brokers Group)?

Preparation of logistical requirements (room reservation, materials?and etc.)?

Preparing, monitoring and liquidation of budget requests?

Accomplish required training reports?

Filing and routing of documents?

Safekeeping of Training equipment and Documents?

To assist other Trainers (if needed)?

Technical Competencies and Skills

Good Communication and Presentation Skills?? Good Interpersonal Skills Computer Literate (esp. MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word)?? Goal and People-Oriented?? Can work with Minimal supervision? Willing to travel (if needed)?

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required

Must be a?4-year?graduate of?Bachelor’s Degree?in Business Administration/Management or any related course? Background in Training is advantage but not required With at least 2 years of work experience in training, preferably in real estate and hospitality industry
