Filinvest Hotel: CRIMSON RESORT & SPA BORACAY (Manila-based)
In accordance with the policies, procedure and standards of Chroma Hospitality and Crimson Resort & Spa, Boracay,
under the supervision of the Director of Marketing & Communications and within the limits of established Resort
policies, the Graphic Designer (Manila-based), maintains and controls the production of print, art and graphic requirements of the Resort maximizing room revenues and profit.
Scope & Responsibilities
Administration & Collaterals
- Participates in the conceptualization of artworks together with the Director of Marketing & Communications and the department.
- Handles the execution of all artwork requirements of the Resort as delegated by the Director of Marketing & Communications.
- Develops, designs, and edits multimedia content such as short videos, animations, and reels to support marketing campaigns across platforms.
- Creates on-brand digital assets and visual content for use in social media, website, emailers, and digital advertising.
- Implements all photography and photo coverage requirements for documentation, social media, and press release purposes.
- Updates and maintains the Resort's photo library and other digital asset management systems to ensure easy access and organization of creative files.
- Requests and maintains par stock of art materials being used.
- Maintains the cleanliness and security of the work area.
- Coordinates with staff from other departments for completion of creative and art requirements.
- Regularly attends meetings of the Director of Marketing & Communications.
- Establishes and maintains effective employee relations at all times.
- Maintains the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and attitude toward all Resort guests, clients, staff, and employees.
- Maintains professional business confidentiality.
- Coordinates the design and printing of outlet menus and other Food & Beverage collaterals.
Reviews task processes and productivity to ensure that work standards are consistently met. - Ensures all office correspondence is filed properly.
- Guides and supports marketing team members in producing creative assets, ensuring consistent visual quality and messaging.
Other Duties
- Conceptualizes and takes charge of the production of Resort posters, digital assets, and content for ongoing promotions and campaigns.
- Coordinates with printers, production houses, and digital vendors to ensure timely and quality output.
- Performs related duties and special projects assigned by the Director of Marketing & Communications.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- With 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related creative field.
- Preferably with prior experience in the hospitality industry, handling marketing collaterals, digital assets, and brand campaigns.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and ability to adapt designs to brand standards.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to work in Muntinlupa City.
