LEADS MANAGEMENT CENTER ASSOCIATE

Duties and Responsibilities

The LMC Associate attends the daily sales inquiries (from web/digital, emails and calls). He/She also provides initial presentation, gather Client (Prospect) Information, notifies handling sellers, monitors status of inquiries and records information in the CRM system

DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS KEY FUNCTIONS  Initial presentation, Data Gathering from Lead’s (Prospect) personal information, campaign/source of information, Seller Assignment, Lead nurturing and Prospect Status Monitoring. DUTY STATEMENTS  Assures quality assurance standards, good customer service, clean and accurate data.  Be able to follow the set standards on processing inquiries (Key functions stated) and assures that no unprocessed leads within 24 hours.  Inquiries qualified as Prospect must have: Interest, Contactable Number, Email Information and agrees to get assisted by our property representative (handling seller).  To generate feedback from the prospect by sending a follow-up letter if the initial inquiry has been satisfied (LMC agent + Handling seller). If not, notifies and follow up the handling seller to attend to the inquiry.  Monitors the status of the prospect by getting updates from the handling sellers.  Assures that data gathering is correct at all times, maintain no dirty data policy.  Submission of reports on time.  Observe good customer service and customer satisfaction
