Job Summary

Collects, analyzes, and interprets business data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, developing reports and dashboards with actionable insights for stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency, achieve goals, and drive strategic decisions across various departments

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Interpretation: Collect, analyze, and evaluate performance data from various sources to spot trends, risks, and opportunities
Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports (using tools like Power BI, Excel) to communicate findings to management and teams
Strategic Recommendations: Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and meet business objectives
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with different Teams to understand needs, implement solutions, and ensure data-informed decisions
Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, root causes of issues, and suggest enhancements to processes and programs
 
Skills & Qualifications
Analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
Intermediate to advance proficiency on data analysis tools such as PowerBI and Excel
Proficient communication and presentation skills to explain complex data to non-technical audiences
Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively
Knowledgeable of at least 2 HR Operations Workstream preferred (Employee Services, Learning, Talent Acquisition, HRIS)
Experience in HR Shared Services a Plus
