In-house Sales Associate - Butuan

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Associate to support our branch, accredited brokers, and in-house sales teams. You will help streamline sales operations, coordinate marketing activities, and ensure accurate sales reporting and booking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Management: Prepare weekly sales reports, monitor performance, track commissions and incentives, assist in sales booking, and coordinate with other departments to resolve process issues.
• Marketing Support: Assist in sales and marketing activities, ensure availability of materials, manage seller affiliations, update databases, and handle inquiries via SAP/Frebas.
• Sales Booking: Support broker sales booking, coordinate with Operations and Customer Service, and assist with after-sales client support.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or related roles.
• Real estate background preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
