Job Summary

The Project Hire – RPT Staff is responsible for handling Real Property Tax (RPT) requirements for assigned project accounts within a defined period. The role focuses on ensuring timely tax payments, completion of required documentation, and coordination with local government units (LGUs) for efficient processing. This position is project-based and supports the team in clearing backlogs, updating records, and ensuring compliance with RPT obligations.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Process and monitor Real Property Tax (RPT) payments for assigned project accounts within the specified timeline.

2. Ensure timely compliance with RPT obligations to avoid penalties, surcharges, and interest.

3. Prepare, verify, and complete required documents for RPT processing and payment.

4. Assist in clearing RPT backlogs and resolving outstanding tax issues.

5. Provide regular status reports and updates to supervisors or project leads.

6. Support compliance audits and documentation reviews related to RPT transactions.

7. Perform other related tasks to support the efficient processing of project-based RPT requirements.

Technical Competencies and Skills

Knowledge of title transfer processes and documentation requirements, Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required
