Job Summary

The Operations Associate supports the Registration Team Lead by performing the following: 1.Ensures the qualification of Creditable Withholding Tax (CWT), Real Estate Taxes payment (RPT) and Documentary Stamp Tax (DST) are done by Payment of Taxes Specialist who is assigned to do the qualification on a daily basis. 2.Ensures, funds are requested and available within the agreed/approved turn-around time to avoid penalties and delinquency of taxes that will result to losing the property. 3.Ensures that all CWT, DST and RPT related expenses are liquidated within the agreed/approved turn-around time. It is expected from the associates to sends daily productivity report to his/her team lead, regularly gives feedback with regards to the process, issues and concerns in relation to title transfer.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY

 

· Prepares the documents/folders and ensures the accuracy of the initial dockets (based on the approved checklist),

· Qualifies accounts for Real Property Tax (RPT), requests for payments, endorses accounts for payments and liaises with representative of service provider, encodes the RPT receipts in the system, prepares the receipts for liquidation.

· Qualifies accounts for Creditable Withholding Tax (CWT), requests for payments, endorses accounts for payments and liaises with representatives of service providers, encodes the RPT receipts in the system, prepares the receipts for liquidation.

· Qualifies accounts for Documentary Stamp Tax (DST), requests for payments, endorses accounts for payments and liaises with representative of service provider, encode the RPT receipts in the system, prepares the receipts for liquidation.

· Prepare the documents for request of payment of taxes and CA and ensure the liquidation is processed on time.

· Ensures that payment of taxes monitoring and TPPTS movement are updated very timely.

· Performs other administrative/clerical tasks being assigned by Team Lead from time to time.

 

· Sends daily productivity report to team leader at the end of the day.

· Works closely with Payment of Taxes Team Lead to ensure the Department’s targets are met, learn new processes/policies, and technology/system.

· Regularly gives feedback to team leaders regarding the process, issues and concerns encountered.
