Job Summary

The HR Associate – Employee Engagement & Organization Development (OD) supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of employee engagement initiatives and organization development programs. The role focuses on fostering a positive workplace culture, strengthening employee experience, and supporting OD interventions through data, coordination, and administrative support. This position works closely with HR Business Partners, leaders, and employees to ensure effective implementation of engagement activities and OD initiatives aligned with organizational goals


Duties and Responsibilities / Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Engagement Programs

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement activities such as town halls, surveys, team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Support employee communication campaigns related to engagement and culture.
  • Gather employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and informal channels.
  • Track engagement activities, participation rates, and outcomes.

2. Organization Development (OD) Support

  • Assist in the implementation of OD initiatives such as change management, culture-building programs, and process improvement projects.
  • Support competency mapping, role clarity initiatives, and organizational design activities.
  • Help prepare OD-related materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate OD workshops, training sessions, and interventions.

3. Data, Analytics & Reporting

  • Consolidate and analyze engagement survey results and HR data.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for HR and management.
  • Maintain accurate records of engagement and OD initiatives.
  • Track KPIs related to employee engagement, retention, and culture metrics.

4. Stakeholder Coordination & Support

  • Serve as a point of contact for engagement and OD-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and facilitators for engagement and OD activities.
  • Support HR Business Partners in cascading initiatives to departments.

5. Administrative & Operational Support

  • Maintain documentation, trackers, and databases related to engagement and OD programs.
  • Assist in budget tracking and vendor coordination for engagement activities.
  • Ensure timely communication, scheduling, and logistical support for HR initiatives.

Organizational Impact / Influence

  • Internal: Employees at all levels, HR Business Partners, Department Heads, Managers
  • External (as needed): Engagement vendors, facilitators, OD consultants


Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

  • 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in employee engagement, OD, or HR programs
  • Exposure to HR analytics, surveys, and engagement tools is an advantage
