Job Summary

The Marketing Lead develops and executes integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence, drive engagement, and support business growth. This role oversees brand management, communications, digital marketing, events, and sales support to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all channels.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Brand Management

Develop and maintain the organization’s brand strategy, messaging, and visual identity.

Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing channels and materials.

Create brand guidelines, templates, and toolkits for internal and external use.

2. Marketing Communications

Plan and execute integrated marketing communications campaigns across various channels.

Manage media relations and public relations efforts to build credibility and awareness.

Develop corporate and sales collaterals, presentations, and communication materials.

3. Digital Marketing

Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising.

Develop content calendars and oversee content creation for digital platforms.

Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for better outcomes.

4. Events and Activations

Plan, organize, and execute events, activations, and experiential marketing initiatives.

Coordinate partnerships and sponsorships to expand reach and impact.

Oversee on-site branding, signage, and customer experiences.

5. Sales and Marketing Support

Support sales teams with marketing campaigns and materials to drive lead generation and conversions.

Develop programs and tools to engage partners, brokers, or key stakeholders.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategies.

6. Strategy and Reporting

Develop marketing plans aligned with business goals.

Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required
