Job Summary
As a Frontend UI/UX Designer at Filinvest Land Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our digital platforms, focusing on enhancing the customer journey for our Sales & Marketing group. In this supervisory role, you will work closely with the Web Developer & CRM Manager and collaborate across teams to deliver intuitive, responsive, and engaging user interfaces. Your contributions will directly impact the way customers interact with our products, creating seamless digital experiences that reflect the core values of Filinvest.Duties and Responsibilities
UI/UX DesignerKey Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including web development, marketing, CRM, and sales to align design strategies with business objectives.
Translate customer journey insights and feedback into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs, improving usability and engagement.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and design assets, ensuring a consistent user experience across all touchpoints.
Collaborate closely with the Web Developer & CRM Manager to ensure seamless integration of designs with CRM platforms and web development workflows.
Stay updated on the latest trends in UI/UX design, digital marketing, and customer experience to continuously enhance the customer journey.
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and data-driven insights to ensure optimal user experiences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web and mobile interface design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and prototyping tools.
Familiarity with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
