Job Summary

The Executive Assistant (EA) serves as a strategic partner to the President and CEO, providing high-level administrative, operational, and coordination support to ensure the executive office runs efficiently. The role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment—particularly within the context of a fast-paced power and energy company. The EA also liaises with senior leaders, government agencies, as needed and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.

Duties and Responsibilities

50% Executive Support and Calendar Management

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Screen, prioritize, and prepare responses to communications and requests for the CEO.
  • Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings, presentations, and speaking engagements.
  • Organize and support executive-level meetings, board sessions, investor engagements, and government-facing events.

 30% Travel and Logistics Management

  • Coordinate local and international travel, hotel bookings, itinerary planning, and logistical requirements.
  • Prepare travel briefings and ensure seamless execution of engagements.
  • Process travel-related reimbursements and documentation.

20% Special Projects and Assignments

  • Assist the CEO with high-priority activities and sensitive matters.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, At least 3-5 years of experience supporting C-level executives, Strong command of professional written and spoken English and Filipino, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, Ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity
