About the job Program Management Lead - Procore
As SUPERVISOR for PROCORE, you will lead the successful deployment, configuration and optimization of the Procore platform across the projects. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including project management, IT, and external vendors, to ensure Procore is effectively integrated and aligned with business objectives.
SYSTEM BUILD AND IMPLEMENTATION
- Lead system configuration, customization, and deployment to align with project and organizational needs.
- Coordinate with IT, project managers, and vendors to ensure seamless integration with existing platforms.
- Develop implementation plans, schedules, and resource requirements for system rollout.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting prior to go-live.
- Prepare and deliver training sessions and user guides for end-users.
POST IMPLEMENTATION AND OPTIMIZATION
- Provide ongoing user support, addressing issues, and resolving system-related problems.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for improved efficiency.
- Track adoption metrics and ensure system usage aligns with intended business objectives.
- Coordinate system updates, patches, and new feature releases with IT and vendors.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
DATA GOVERNANCE
- Establish and enforce data governance policies, including data ownership, access control, and security.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of project and organizational data within the system.
- Implement processes for data quality checks, audits, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage user roles and permissions to safeguard sensitive information.
- Collaborate with management to create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
DATA MANAGEMENT AND ANALYTICS
- Oversee data integrity, accuracy, and security across projects, ensuring compliance with governance policies.
- Manage data migration, storage, and access controls to support reliable system operations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track project performance and business objectives.
- Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights for decision-making, process improvements, and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics solutions with organizational needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science
CERTIFICATION
- Six Sigma (an advantage, but not required)
