Job Summary

Priority Accounts Specialists ensure that the company's most valued clients receive exceptional customer service by monitoring the day to day progress and resolution of their concerns through constant coordination with departments handling transfer of land title, project construction, property management, bank application, legal, account adjustment, and the like.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Investigates, reviews, and resolves escalated/ specialized inquiries, requests, and concerns through appropriate unit coordination (e.g. Title Transfer, Refund, HLURB Cases, Filinvest Premier Projects Management, etc.)

2. Answering incoming call and email inquiries from special and escalated accounts to aid them in resolving their account concerns.

3. Evaluating escalated accounts, after exhausting all means to contact and provide updated and current status, and initiate immediate assistance.

4. Conducting initial account review based on client’s historical correspondences and account behavior to see if we can recommend any arrangement on expediting escalated concerns.

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required

• Bachelor’s Degree
