Job Summary
The Sales support assistant offers reliable support to the accredited brokers and affiliated Inhouse Sellers and improve efficiency as sales volume increases.Duties and Responsibilities
40% Sales management:
Provides weekly summary of sales report and performance of
In-house Sales to the cluster .
Secures timely report to the cluster such as but not limited
to Sales Data, Sales Performance, Incentive Performance, Tripping and Expenses
Assists in sales booking of In-house sales groups
Facilitates monthly manning schedules and reports of
In-house sales groups
Monitors Sales Generated Funds of the sales team Monitors
commission and incentives of sellers.
Closely interact with different departments to help identify
possible solutions to systems and process related concerns
30% Marketing
Assists in Sales and Marketing activities when needed
Provide proactive weekly feedback of in-house Sales Group of
their marketing activities
Ensures sales materials such as flyers, brochures, forms etc
are always available when needed
Ensures proper safekeeping of giveaway, tokens and other
sales related items
30% Sales Booking
Assists in sales booking of brokers and ensure that all
sales for the month are booked and closed
Coordinates with Operations and Customer Service departments
for booking processes
Assists in the after sales of the in-house sellers' clients
Technical Competencies and Skills
MICROSOFT WORD, MICROSOFT EXCEL, POWER POINT, CANVAEducation, Trainings and Licenses Required
BACHELORS DEGREE IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, CUSTOMER SERVICE, SALES OPERATION, SALES MANAGEMENT
