Position Summary

The F&B Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth workflow, high-quality service, and proper equipment arrangement in the outlet. This role ensures that service and operational standards are consistently met while supervising and developing team members.

Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Operations & Guest Service:

  • Advise the Manager on all matters related to shift operations.
  • Supervise and control service delivery to guests to ensure consistent, high-quality standards.
  • Oversee food and beverage preparation, ensuring correct portions, presentation, and adherence to operational standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all Quest Plus Conference Center policies and procedures.
  • Stand in for any F&B team member during absences or vacations to maintain smooth operations.
  • Develop, guide, and discipline subordinates to maintain performance and service standards.
  • Recommend promotions and assist in implementing new food and beverage service procedures.
  • Maintain awareness of daily operations and support subordinates while respecting communication and command lines.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with guests by offering warm, courteous, and professional service.

Bar & Inventory Management:

  • Manage bar operations, including costing, stock ordering, and inventory control.
  • Address guest queries, feedback, and complaints with patience, professionalism, and quick resolution.

Team Training & Development:

  • Conduct daily training to ensure CORPORATE Company Standards are consistently followed.
  • Attend departmental meetings, briefings, and other meetings as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant, hotel, or resort setting
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and customer experience
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate staff
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for both guests and team members
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to work in Clark
