Job Description:
Branding
- Plan, implement, and oversee branding strategies and campaigns to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms. This includes supervising the creation of marketing materials, coordinating events that enhance brand visibility, and monitoring performance metrics to maintain a strong and distinctive market presence.
Event Organization
- Plan, organize, and execute sales generation activities, marketing events, trade shows, and project launches to increase brand awareness and generate sales leads.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.
- Monitor event effectiveness and provide post-event reports and recommendations.
Creation of Marketing Materials
- Develop and oversee the production of marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, presentations, digital content, etc.).
- Ensure materials are aligned with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the companys value proposition.
- Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, or vendors for design and production needs.
Public Relations ·
- Drive brand visibility by generating media exposure through print, online platforms, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, press contacts, and influencers.
- Manage press releases, feature articles, and media coverage for key campaigns and events.
Reporting & Strategy Support
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, event outcomes, and PR reach.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies that align with sales and business goals.
- Recommend process improvements for more efficient marketing execution.
Job Specifications:
- Preferably Marketing or Communications major
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing preferably with supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Real estate background is an advantage
- Background in marketing planning, campaign execution, and brand management.
- Proficient in digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and basic analytics tools.
- Willing to do field work and render overtime if necessary
