About the job Front Office Supervisor
Filinvest Hotel: CRIMSON RESORT & SPA MACTAN
In accordance with the policies, procedure and standards of Chroma Hospitality, Inc. and Crimson Resort & Spa, Mactan, and under the direct supervision of the Front Office Manager, the Front Office Supervisor is responsible for guest registration, guest check - out, cashiering and foreign exchange. The position is also responsible for facilitating or providing assistance in case of guest queries / requests (especially with Chinese/ Mandarin guests).
Front Desk Operations
- Checks supplies to ensure that stock is sufficient for the expected
business within the covered shift and / or for the day. - Prior to arrivals, prepares all needed documents (registration forms,
vingcards, welcome folders, etc.) to facilitate check- in.
desk. - Acknowledges and welcome guests as soon as guest approaches the

- Guest Reservation
- Guest History
- Specialized instructions - Assists guests in completing registration form, reviewing entries to
ensure important details are included. Responsible for following up on
incomplete details. - Directs guests to appropriate lifts and coordinates with Concierge
staff to bring guests to the room. - Coordinates with the employee assigned as group coordinator
matters relating to group arrivals and handling. - Checks for and coordinates requirements like check - in venue, individual /
group welcome drinks, conference kits, rooming list, amenities, and signage. - Blocks rooms: checking room requests like connecting, adjoining, room
upgrades and early check - in. - Prints traces for the group and takes / coordinates action on the matter.
- Creates / reviews guest folio and accurately encodes the needed guest
information, e.g., complete name, address, race, origin, mode of payment,
date of birth, arrival / departure details, reservation source, etc - Reviews created folios, and ensures only one profile had been made per guest
(merges duplicate profiles, carefully reviewing all details to ensure profile
belongs to only one guest). - Checks and ensures the accuracy of all financial transactions handled and /
or endorsed to the Front Desk. - Maintains cashier's float accurately, adhering to specified procedures at
times. - Follows up on vouchers from Travel Agencies and letters of authorization
from companies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Front Office operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in property management systems (PMS) and MS Office applications.
- Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and provide excellent customer service.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Willingness to work in Mactan, Cebu.
