The F&B Service Attendant is responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service to guests while ensuring a pleasant dining experience aligned with the service standards of Quest Plus Conference Center Clark and Filinvest Hospitality.
The role involves providing attentive guest service, assisting with restaurant and banquet operations, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas. The F&B Service Attendant works closely with the F&B team to ensure smooth operations and consistently deliver warm, efficient, and personalized service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides friendly and professional service to guests in restaurants, functions, and banquet events.
- Takes and serves food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepares tables, maintains cleanliness, and ensures proper setup of dining areas.
- Assists in banquet and event operations, ensuring guest requirements are properly attended to.
- Coordinates with Kitchen and other F&B teams to ensure timely and quality service.
- Handles guest requests and concerns professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Follows hotel standards, safety procedures, and service guidelines.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Food & Beverage, or related field is preferred.

Previous experience in Food & Beverage Service or hospitality operations is an advantage.

Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to provide warm and attentive guest service.

Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Can work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Willing to work in Clark.
