About the job Program Management Associate - BPM
The Program Management Associate - Business Process & Innovation maintains detailed records of policies, processes including changes and updates in the operations by SharePro Inc. He/she maintains and organized databases and process map, ensuring process integrity and accurate reports. He/she prepares and present regular reports on the status of the policies, ensuring accurate representation of the process. Perform other duties related to process and policy support that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and lead planning sessions for to drive scope/process implementation with various technical
groups
Consolidate data and policies needed for project implementation including but not limited to system
extracted data, historical reports, archived information
Adhere to detailed schedule, project parameters, and defined project objectives defined by the PMO
Manager
Provide timely update of potential risk to PMO Lead
Conduct periodic scope and schedule reviews on policies and processes with the team
Measure project performance and progress (use provided reports template)
Manage client and other stakeholder expectations to maintain productive and engaged relationships
Prepares business process document
Assist in UAT sessions and Go-live announcements facilitated by PMO Lead/Manager for any process
related system
Drive user adoption and ensure 100% compliance
Study new technologies/solutions/systems/apps, create use cases and evaluate system fit with the
company.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Knowledge and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, PowerBI, etc)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with
attention to detail and accuracy
Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
Demonstrate superior communication and presentation capabilities, adept at simplifying complex data insights for
audiences without a technical background
EDUCATION, TRAININGS, LICENSES REQUIRED:
BS in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering or any related field with at least 1 year of work experience
Preferably with Supply Chain Management or Real estate background
With excellent oral and communication skills
