Park Supervisor

FILINVEST COMPANY: Timberland Highlands Resort

The Park Supervisor is responsible for the overall operations, safety, and maintenance of the resorts Bike Park. This role ensures that all facilities, trails, and equipment are in top condition, and that safety standards are strictly implemented. The position also oversees the daily supervision of staff, coordinates with maintenance and events teams, and enforces park rules and regulations.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Bike Park, including guest services, safety
  monitoring, and maintenance coordination.
• Supervise Bike Park Attendants and other assigned staff to ensure efficient and courteous
  service.
• Conduct daily opening and closing inspections of trails, facilities, and rental areas.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and functionality of the entire park area.
• Respond promptly to accidents, injuries, and emergencies; ensure proper incident
  reporting and coordination with medical or security personnel.
• Closely coordinates safety / security concerns in the Sports & Leisure areas with
  Security Department.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on attendance, incidents, and operational
  issues as needed.
• Performs any other duties and tasks that may be assigned by immediate superiors from
  time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree major in Physical Education
• At least 1-year actual experience in providing Sports & Recreations services
• Licensed first aider
• Good communication skills 
• Computer literate 
• Can start imediately 
• Amenable to work in San Mateo, Rizal
