About the job Operations Associate

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare reports and presentations, collect and analyze information related to project and operations
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and tracking logs.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and logistics for internal and external activities.
  • Manage procurement requests, supplies inventory, and office-related expenses
  • Prepare executive responses to routine memos, letters, correspondence
  • Project management, business development and operations support
  • To perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Operations Manager
  • Preferably knowledgeable in power BI reports

EDUCATION, TRAININGS, LICENSES REQUIRED:

  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
  • With at least 2 years of related work experience in administrative role.
