About the job Operations Associate
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare reports and presentations, collect and analyze information related to project and operations
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and tracking logs.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and logistics for internal and external activities.
- Manage procurement requests, supplies inventory, and office-related expenses
- Prepare executive responses to routine memos, letters, correspondence
- Project management, business development and operations support
- To perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Operations Manager
- Preferably knowledgeable in power BI reports
EDUCATION, TRAININGS, LICENSES REQUIRED:
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
- With at least 2 years of related work experience in administrative role.
