Operations Associate - Bank Financing Frontline

Job Summary

The Customer Financing-Bank Associate assists clients who want to apply for a housing loan from the bank to fully pay their purchased property. He/she needs to ensure that bank financing accounts will be applied and processed for a housing loan. The role entails heavy coordination with clients (our buyers and partner banks) to address concerns and inquiries pertaining to bank financing via phone, email and face-to-face interaction. He/ she is also expected to complete assigned service requests and work list within the standard processing time.

Duties and Responsibilities

1.Processes bank financing and re-financing accounts for a particular bank within the given standard processing time - starting from endorsement of account information and documents to banks, reviewing of bank guaranty and, lastly, until loan payments are received and completed in the system.

 2. Effectively and appropriately communicates and assists our clients (our buyers and partner banks) through phone, email or face-to-face interaction, to address their concerns and also collect necessary documentation and/or payments from clients for the bank loan to be processed within the given standard processing time. 

3. Ensures that service requests assigned to him/her are resolved/ completed within set turnaround time. 

 4. Sends daily productivity/ accomplishment report to the Customer Financing-Bank Team Lead.

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required

Bachelor’s Degree on any 4-year course., Preferably a graduate of Management/ Finance and/or Information Science or any related courses
