Job Summary

QC Lead will be responsible for the implementation of the Owner’s quality control program, including the coordination, performance and execution of construction inspection. Monitors Quality of ECPD Products

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Supervise daily laboratory operations, including testing, inspection, and analysis of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Including quality production of Concrete Batching Plant.

·         Ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.  Work with Quality lead on implementation of quality goals.

·         Review and validate laboratory test results before submission to the Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager.

·         Oversee calibration, maintenance, and proper use of laboratory equipment and instruments.

·         Implement and monitor laboratory safety protocols and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

·         Train, guide, and evaluate laboratory technicians and staff to maintain high performance and accuracy.

·         Coordinate with operations, production, and project teams regarding quality-related issues and provide technical support as needed.

·         Maintain accurate records of laboratory activities, test results, and quality reports.

·         Participate in internal and external audits, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.

·         Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements to testing processes, methods, and systems. Lead in designing concrete mixes.  

·         Develop and introduce new policies and procedures for the Quality Management System as needed for the improvement of the organization and its nature.

·      To perform other task assigned by Superior wherein he can assist various ECPD group when available by working on quality issues not only on concrete, but all ECPD products/services.

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required

B.S. CIVIL ENGINEERING OR EQUIVALENT, Familiarity with ISO 9001 QMS, Risk Management, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Problem solving tools, PREFERRED LICENSED C.E
